A few weeks ago Madewell sent over these wide leg cropped pants and ya’ll…they are perfection. I had been wanting to try wide leg crops for a while but wondered how versatile they would be. Having them I can now say how WRONG I was! They go with so much of my closet and I already want to snag a few more pairs. I love how they switch things up from regular jeans, they are such a fun flattering cut, and I’m overall obsessed with them. I have had so much fun brainstorming outfits with them, I thought I’d put together a whole post about them! I often see them styled in a more boho, menswear inspired fashion so I wanted to try to put together some classic, feminine looks.
FIT & SIZING
Like all Madewell pants – I would recommend going down 1 size. They will be very tight at first, but break in. I also had mine altered just slightly for length (I’m 5’5″). These are the “Slim Emmett Wide – Leg Crops” and I think they are plenty wide so if you have more petite legs or are a short gal like me I would stick with the slim instead of regular wide.
