You may recognize these looks from my post about Naturalizes a few weeks back, but I wanted to circle back around and share a few more details about each outfit because they are some of my favorite styles for the holidays! While I love shopping for fun holiday dresses, I’m a believer that something like a simple black dress can be your go-to all year round! I purchased both of these dresses from Loft a few years ago and am still styling them time and time again.
In the summer they are go-do dresses for me to shoot weddings in. They are a comfortable length, fun shapes, but also just simple and classic. In the winter all I need are a few simple shifts to change the look entirely.
Look number one
Something about chilly weather makes me want to channel my inner Blair Waldorf when it comes to style. It was my mom’s suggestion to throw a collard shirt under this dress and I loved it! This dress (and the next) are both slightly thicker fabrics which makes it easier to transition from season to season! 
Throw on a chunky headband and some fabulous shoes and you’ve got a holiday ready look in no time!
Look number two
The same rules apply for this dress! It is a thicker fabric and would be great with tights as well! I love the fluffy sleeves on this dress because they add such a fun touch! If there is anything more classic than a solid black dress it is a bold red lip, so the combination is a match made in heaven! Red lips are my go-to way to jazz anything up!
