It wouldn’t be a celebration without some awesome snacks! If you are headed to a 4th of July party and need to bring a treat, I’ve got you covered! My mom has been making this jello cake for as long as I can remember! It is easy and delicious! Always a big win! 
Round up a standard yellow cake mix, a box of strawberry flavored Jello, some blueberries and some strawberries
Mix up your cake mix as usual and try to resist eating all the batter.
Bake your cake following the directions on the box and let it completely cool!
Once your cake is completely cool whip up your Jello mix following the directions on the box. Poke holes throughout the cake and pour the hot Jello mix over the cake allowing it to soak in. 
Throw some cool whip on top and let the whole thing cool in the fridge
When your ready to deck it out chop up some strawberries and blueberries and make that baby patriotic!
Eat chilled on a hot summer day! Easy, moist, flavorful and delicious!
