A little late, I know! But let’s chat favorites of the month!
I’m taking a break from Instagram for a bit and have been gravitating more towards Pinterest. Home, food, and fashion inspiration galore! You can find my profile here.
This Aerie Sweater
This sweater is pretty much all I’m wearing these days. It is wonderful! perfectly oversized without being too sloppy and long enough for leggings. I have been pleasantly surprised with the quality of Aerie pieces the last year or so, and same for this piece! I will say the sizing varies from color to color quite a bit. I have a small in the gray and a large in the black and they fit about the same. Annoying, but I like the sweater enough that it was worth buying and returning a few.
The Library
Lately I’ve rediscovered the joy of library books! I know libraries have been around forever but in an Amazon Prime world I’ve been re-introduced to the magic of having endless access to books for free! Ha!
Artwork
My sister in law is a phenomenal artist. I legitimately cannot fathom having her kind of talent. She has kindly created a few pieces for my home (I’ll post pictures soon) and I have been having a lot of fun collecting inspiration for them. I have a whole Pinterest board full of pieces I love.
Dream Home Makeover
Confession. I have watched both seasons of Dream Home Makeover on Netflix…3 times through. I have loved Studio McGee for years and their show is so fun! It has become my go-to to watch when I’m awake during the night (ulcer pain) so that is why I’ve seen the episodes so many times. I can watch/dose/watch again and I never get sick of it!
This Season of The Bachelor
I have been watching the bachelor/bachelorette since Emily Maynard’s season and honestly it’s just gone downhill since then. I loved Jojo & Jordan’s season but ever since it has been disappointing, ending with Claire’s season at an ALL TIME LOW (Tayshia did great trying to redeem it, but let’s be real the whole “quarantine” version of the bachelor was just…no good haha). I almost didn’t watch this season and I’m SO glad we did! I think it is one of the best yet! Matt is a great bachelor and he doesn’t put up with the crap the girls pull. It’s very satisfying to watch him send people home left and right!
